Role Overview
We’re seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to co-create the foundation of our AI-driven platform. You’ll architect systems that match people based on alignment, trust, and compatibility rather than traditional attention-driven algorithms. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for an AI-powered, emotionally intelligent social platform.
- Lead AI and ML initiatives powering matchmaking, alignment scoring, and referral-based trust systems.
- Build and scale the product roadmap from MVP to global launch.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on product design, user experience, and community growth.
- Assemble and guide a world-class engineering and AI team focusing on ethical, privacy-first design.
- Develop systems for in-app communication while safeguarding user privacy.
- Implement data security measures, vetting systems, and verification layers for a safe environment.
