About the Role

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as the company’s technology leader and visionary, guiding both strategy and execution. You will work directly with the C-suite to transform bold ideas into scalable, secure, and market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate the technology vision and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee design, development, and scaling of software products.
• Inspire and lead high-performing international technology teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus. A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles is required. Must exhibit strong expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and product development. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English.
