About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer is a strategic driver responsible for the company’s financial health and growth. The role involves managing all core finance functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance. You will guide long-term planning, oversee financial operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage core finance functions.
  • Design and execute financial strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Deliver accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Advise on key business investments and risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA or ACCA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or similar sectors. Proven ability in financial strategy, reporting, and scaling finance functions across EMEA/Gulf markets. Exceptional leadership and business acumen are required. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
