About Brand Manager
We are a trusted recruitment partner connecting talented professionals with innovative companies. On behalf of a leading software company in the EMEA region, we are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join their growing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and manage the brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Plan and oversee integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams.
- Monitor brand performance and report to senior leadership.
- Build and manage partnerships with agencies, media, and stakeholders.
- Create engaging content for diverse EMEA audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of brand management, preferably in software/technology.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer trends.
- Proven adaptability across different markets and cultures.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
