About the Role

The Brand Manager role at Confidential is a full-time remote position open to candidates across the EMEA region. In this role, you will shape and drive the company’s brand identity across diverse markets by leading brand positioning, messaging and integrated marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand consistently reflects innovation, quality and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and manage the brand’s identity, tone and visual guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee integrated digital and offline campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams for alignment.
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs and report to leadership.
  • Build and manage external partnerships with agencies, media, and stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content for diverse EMEA audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in software or technology.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement trends.
  • Ability to adapt brand messaging for different markets and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA language skills are an advantage.
