About the Role

The Brand Manager will shape and drive the company’s brand identity across multiple markets in the EMEA region. In this full-time remote role, you will develop and execute brand strategies, manage messaging, and create campaigns that elevate visibility and customer trust. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand reflects innovation, quality, and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and manage brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams on brand initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Build and manage partnerships with external agencies, media, and stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content for diverse EMEA audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in software or technology.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement trends.
  • Proven ability to adapt brand messaging across different markets and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a strong advantage.
