About the Role
The Brand Manager will shape and drive the company’s brand identity across multiple markets in the EMEA region. In this full-time remote role, you will develop and execute brand strategies, manage messaging, and create campaigns that elevate visibility and customer trust. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand reflects innovation, quality, and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and manage brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams on brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
- Build and manage partnerships with external agencies, media, and stakeholders.
- Create engaging content for diverse EMEA audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in software or technology.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement trends.
- Proven ability to adapt brand messaging across different markets and cultures.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a strong advantage.
