About the Job
The Brand Manager role at Confidential is a full-time remote position open to candidates in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional responsible for shaping and driving the company’s brand identity across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Define and manage the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
- Plan and oversee integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams on brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and report to senior leadership.
- Build and manage partnerships with agencies, media, and stakeholders.
- Create engaging content for diverse EMEA audiences.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is required (Master’s preferred). At least 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in the software or technology sector, is needed. Candidates must have strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement, with excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Fluency in English is required while additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
