About the Back End Developer Role at Confidential
As a Back End Developer at Confidential, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power modern software applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure and high-performance solutions within a fully remote setup across the MENA region.

On behalf of a confidential software company, we are seeking a skilled Back End Developer to join a growing engineering team and contribute to the development of robust backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Build scalable and secure server-side applications
- Integrate databases and third-party services
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
