About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will work at the intersection of data science, machine learning, and software engineering. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance product capabilities, improve decision-making, and drive automation for next-generation digital products.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and optimizing machine learning and AI models for business applications.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
  • Researching and implementing new algorithms and frameworks to improve performance.
  • Analyzing and preprocessing large datasets for model accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining APIs, pipelines, and cloud-based deployment environments.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving model performance post-deployment.
  • Staying current with emerging trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field, along with 3–6 years of experience. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn is required. A strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, and statistical modeling is essential, as is experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools for model deployment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must, and fluency in English is required.
