Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative
We are a recruitment agency working with companies across Canada. On behalf of one of our clients, we are hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support daily administrative tasks and provide customer service assistance within IT and Network Administration environments.
In this remote role, you will support administrative operations while acting as a customer service point of contact. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in technical or IT-related contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote administrative support to internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
