On behalf of one of our clients, we are hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support daily administrative tasks and provide customer service assistance within IT and Network Administration environments.

About the Role

In this Remote Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative role, you will work remotely from home, supporting administrative operations while acting as a customer service point of contact. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in technical or IT-related contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote administrative support to internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry
  • Coordinate with IT and network administration teams when needed
