We are a recruitment agency working with companies across Canada. On behalf of one of our clients, we are hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant, Customer Service to support daily administrative tasks and provide customer service assistance within IT and Network Administration environments.

About the Role

In this role, you will work remotely from home, supporting administrative operations while acting as a customer service point of contact. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in technical or IT-related contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote administrative support to internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry
  • Coordinate with IT and network administration teams when needed
