About the Role
As a Remote Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative, you will operate entirely from home, offering comprehensive administrative support and serving as a crucial point of contact for customer inquiries. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, meticulously detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with customers on technical or IT-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote administrative support to internal teams.
