Overview of the Lead Data Scientist Role
The Lead Data Scientist for National AI & Predictive Analytics will spearhead innovative data-driven projects, fostering a culture of analytical excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields, with progressive leadership roles demonstrating the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Expertise in advanced statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques, backed by a strong portfolio of successful implementations in real-world applications.
- Proficiency in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, or related platforms) and experience handling large datasets across various environments.
- A deep understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and experience in communicating insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with demonstrated experience in leveraging these languages for analytics and data manipulation.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a solid understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations.
