Job Description

The Executive Manager – Giga-Project Digital Infrastructure (ICT) will lead the strategic development and execution of large-scale digital infrastructure projects that support transformative initiatives within the organization. This role demands extensive experience in managing complex ICT frameworks and stakeholder engagement both at national and international levels. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This position inherently requires advanced analytical skills to assess project viability, state-of-the-art knowledge in emerging technologies, and the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. The Executive Manager will also oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that best practices in project management, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards are adhered to throughout all phases of project execution—from conceptualization through to deployment and post-implementation review.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in ICT project management, with substantial experience in managing high-impact digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading mega-projects with budgets exceeding $100 million, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and fiscal constraints.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, including familiarity with cloud computing, IoT, and big data analytics frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to define, build, and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in liaising with governmental and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Expertise in risk management, particularly in identifying and mitigating emerging threats to project delivery.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
