Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with fund objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with investment teams to integrate compliance into investment decisions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience in compliance, risk management, or related areas.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive role in investment or asset management.
• Deep understanding of sovereign fund operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership in implementing effective compliance programs and managing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Experience in crisis management, regulatory investigations, and audits.
• Expertise in ESG, risk assessment, and technology-enhanced compliance systems.
