The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Mega-Project Scaling & Delivery will lead the human resources function in alignment with the organization’s strategic vision, focusing on the delivery of large-scale projects that drive corporate growth and innovation. The Chief Human Resources Officer will be pivotal in enhancing organizational culture and workforce capabilities, adopting data-driven approaches to talent management that support the rapid scaling of operations. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with specific expertise in managing large-scale organizational changes related to mega-projects.
