CEO Offshore Engineering, EPC & Marine Assets

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Offshore Engineering, EPC & Marine Assets will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the organization. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in offshore engineering, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects, as well as management of marine assets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry standards. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving innovation, operational excellence, and profitability while cultivating a collaborative and high-performance organizational culture. Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in offshore engineering, marine operations, or EPC environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects and leading multidisciplinary teams towards achieving operational targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of marine and offshore engineering including design, construction, and asset management.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in complex project environments.
  • Expertise in risk management, operational improvement processes, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, including governmental agencies, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and market responsiveness.
  • Ability to lead organizational change initiatives and inspire a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
