Senior Graphic Designer - Advertising Co - Full-Time - Remote
We are a trusted recruitment partner connecting top creative talent with leading organizations across the region. On behalf of a dynamic advertising company, we are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time remote basis.
About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of visually compelling campaigns and brand assets across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing teams, and content creators to deliver high-impact designs that align with client objectives and brand identity. This role requires a strong balance between creativity and strategic thinking, along with the ability to leverage modern AI-powered tools to enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and human-centered storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for advertising campaigns.
- Design digital assets including social media creatives, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Lead branding projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Utilize AI design tools to streamline production, enhance ideation, and improve turnaround time.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Present creative ideas and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging AI tools, and advertising best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design within advertising or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and creative concept development.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools within the creative process.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
