About the Hiring Company

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across several subsidiaries.

About the Role
The Regional Finance Manager will lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and performance management across multiple entities within the group. This role requires strong regional expertise, advanced financial leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a multi-country environment.
The ideal candidate has experience managing consolidated financials within a holding structure and is comfortable working remotely with cross-functional regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations across multiple subsidiaries within the MENA region
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, IFRS, and regional financial regulations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk exposure
- Develop and implement financial controls and governance frameworks
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Standardize financial processes across entities to improve efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, including regional or multi-entity exposure
- Prior experience within a holding company or diversified group structure
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional tax regulations across MENA
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
