Procurement Specialist - Full-Time - Remote - MENA Region
We are a trusted recruitment partner connecting skilled professionals with leading organizations across the region. On behalf of a reputable holding company with diversified operations, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their team on a full-time remote basis within the MENA region.
About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and procurement operations across multiple subsidiaries within the group. You will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of goods and services that support business objectives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills and experience working within multi-entity or corporate group structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers across the MENA region to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs and analyze vendor proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing initiatives across group entities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
- Experience working within holding companies or multi-business environments is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Solid understanding of regional supplier markets within MENA.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
- Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
