Electronic Data Analyst - Full-Time, Remote (EMEA)
Confidential Careers is a trusted recruitment partner connecting data professionals with innovative technology organizations. On behalf of a growing software company, we are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Data Analyst to join their team on a full-time remote basis across the EMEA region.
About the Role
As an Electronic Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting electronic data to support product development, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in technology environments and enjoys working with structured and unstructured digital data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large electronic datasets from internal systems and platforms.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business and product decisions.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators within system-generated data.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and data integrity.
- Support automation and reporting processes using data tools and scripting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
- Translate technical data findings into clear business insights for stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-backed recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in data analysis within a technology or software environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is preferred.
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly.
