As a Junior Consultant Digital Communication Solutions, you will develop technical frameworks for modern customer communication, ensuring their stable integration and efficient use.

Your Responsibilities

• Framework Development: Develop components for Customer Communication Management products like kwsoft M/TEXT, Quadient Inspire using Javascript and XML, and support clients with technical implementation.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze requirements and translate them into technical framework structures and solutions.
• Client Communication: Proactively communicate with client stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in project and development environments, contributing new ideas for optimization.
• Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement to Professional Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Technical Architect.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed degree with an IT focus (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or a qualified IT education.
• Technical understanding and interest in complex software solutions.
• Experience in frontend development with JavaScript and XML.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client coordination.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Ideally, initial experience in software or framework development.
• Basic understanding of Customer Communication Management processes is advantageous.
• Prior experience with systems like kwsoft M/TEXT, Quadient Inspire is desirable.
