Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technology Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business and functional requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications, and collaborating closely with developers and end-users to ensure compatibility. You will also conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and perform system testing, including UAT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business and functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and end-users for technical and functional compatibility.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis and impact analysis.
- Create project-specific planning and scope documentation, securing stakeholder sign-off.
- Perform System Testing and provide UAT support from a functional perspective.
- Prepare release notes for new changes and enhancements.
- Create end-user documentation, such as user guides and training materials.
- Present complex data and analysis in an easily understood format for diverse groups.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and engage other stakeholders and SMEs.
- Act as a liaison between commercial and technical functions.
- Work effectively in TFS/Azure DevOps, tracking user stories and managing sprints.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a sense of urgency with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL queries.
- Experience with ETL/EDI processes and Reports.
- Experience in the US Healthcare payer domain.
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry (Claims processing, ICD 9/10, Medicare, or Medicaid).
- Experience in UML Modeling.
