Conduent is seeking a Scan Operator to sort incoming and outgoing mail efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site environment.

Job Details

Location: Lexington, KY

Pay: $15/hour during training, with potential bonuses and incentives based on performance.

Schedule: Training: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4-6 weeks); Work: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM with occasional Saturdays on First shift.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and organize mail by type and destination.
  • Use basic PC functions and internal tools, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Follow detailed sorting procedures accurately.
