Learning Request Management Associate

About the Role

Conduent is seeking a Learning Request Management Associate. In this remote, full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST), you will support the client by managing data for learners and training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves meeting clients to resolve issues, responding to email inquiries related to learning data, and entering tickets into the client’s ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to email requests concerning learning data.
• Submit tickets into the client’s ticketing system.
• Pull reports from the LMS and monitor data changes.
• Perform analytical work in support of Learning & Development staff.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with problem solving and critical thinking.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and internet speed test.
• Ability to connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router.
