You will play a vital role in improving participant decision-making by advising on plan provisions and responding to client-specific inquiries via telephone and web correspondence. This position involves completing transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision, ensuring timeliness and accuracy standards are consistently met. Detailed notes must be created in the case management system to document all calls, and callbacks must be completed promptly, with appropriate escalation when necessary. Adherence to call center metrics and guidelines within established procedures is paramount. You will also be responsible for explaining appropriate participant forms and providing guidance on their completion, along with performing other assigned duties and complying with all company policies and standards.
