Key Responsibilities
- Advise participants on plan provisions to improve decision-making.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone and web correspondence.
- Execute customer transactions with limited supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Document calls and maintain detailed notes in a case management system.
- Complete callbacks timely and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Adhere to call center metrics, guidelines, and established procedures.
- Explain participant forms and offer guidance on completion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with policies.
