About the Role

Conduent is seeking a Benefits Administration Services Associate II. In this role, you will help participants make informed decisions by advising them on plan provisions. You will handle client inquiries through telephone and web correspondence and ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely.

Main Responsibilities
