Key Responsibilities of a Benefits Administration Associate
- Improves participant decision-making by advising on plan provisions and benefits options.
- Responds to client-specific inquiries through various channels, including telephone and web correspondence.
- Completes transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Meets established timeliness and accuracy standards for all service delivery.
- Documents all interactions by creating detailed notes in the case management system.
- Manages callbacks effectively, completing them in a timely manner and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Adheres to all call center metrics and guidelines within established procedures.
- Explains appropriate participant forms and provides comprehensive guidance on their completion.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support benefits administration services.
- Complies with all company policies and industry standards.
