Role Overview: Sales Development Representative

This role is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the Enterprise Sales Team. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, passionate about success, and eager to excel in technology sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients via cold and warm calls and emails.
  • Research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts.
  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and overcome objections.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas consistently.
  • Provide feedback for data integrity and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presenter with quick learning ability in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with proficiency in corporate productivity tools; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this role is $50,000 with variable bonus potential based on performance targets.
