What You Will Do:
- End-to-end support of the Employee Lifecycle for defined areas.
- Point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Independent implementation of operational HR processes (e.g., contracts, contract changes, probation periods).
- Creation and management of employment contracts and personnel-related documents.
- Ensuring high data quality in our HR systems (Workday / ADP/ Haufe).
- Close collaboration with People Operations & Payroll to ensure smooth processes.

- Support in recruiting processes in close coordination with our Talent Acquisition Team.
- Participation in local and global HR projects, audits, and compliance topics.
- Support for the People Director on local initiatives and organizational matters.

Who You Are:
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR (e.g., as an HR Generalist, People Ops, or People Advisor).
- Experience in the Employee Lifecycle and operational HR processes.
- You have independently implemented HR processes, not just supported them.
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in driving things forward independently.
