About The Role

Concept Plus is seeking a Tier 2 Support Service Desk to support client endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux).

What You'll Do

  • Work within a team and ticketing system to efficiently deliver IT services to 400 customers spread across Oregon, Washington, and Alaska
  • Maintain regular communication with manager(s)
  • Attend weekly virtual team meeting
  • Daily completion of timecard
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Strong IT environment experience
  • Must be able to work with end-users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to maintain Public Trust Clearance (Clearable)
