Position Overview
The Strategic Intelligence Analyst Supervisory role is a unique hybrid position that blends direct intelligence production with leadership of a small team. This role involves analyzing global geopolitical, economic, regulatory, and technological trends, and producing executive-ready intelligence assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of strategic risks including geopolitical, macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological trends.
- Draft executive briefs, travel briefs, and event risk evaluations.
- Mentor and manage a small team of intelligence analysts.
- Apply advanced OSINT techniques for thorough research and analysis.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for cross-functional intelligence support.
- Provide crisis support and after-hours incident response when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, National Security, Global Affairs or related field.
- 6+ years experience in professional intelligence analysis.
- 2+ years managing or leading intelligence professionals.
- Strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and structured analytic techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Geopolitics, International Security, or International Relations.
- Experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community or national security environment.
- Prior experience in applying intelligence to business risk in multinational environments.
- Exposure to protective intelligence and corporate physical security support.
Compensation & Benefits

Work Environment and Location
This position is based with our client in Sunnyvale, CA and supports remote working arrangements within the United States, with flexibility for West Coast business hours and occasional after-hours availability.
