About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner role at Computacenter provides senior level human resources support. The key focus is on overseeing the strategic development and implementation of HR best practices including employee relations, recruitment, training, retention, and legal compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders to deliver HR services aligned with company objectives and Winning Together values.
- Advise Senior Managers on complex HR issues, organizational design, and improved ways of working.
- Drive adoption of key HR initiatives and present HR KPI metrics to leadership.
- Support leadership development through coaching and tailored employee solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and local legislation and leverage Centers of Excellence.
- Lead or participate in HR/business projects and collaborate with peers to share best practices.
- Embrace Computacenter’s mission and core values.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and proficient in MS Office.
- High energy, collaborative, proactive, and resourceful with exceptional communication skills.
