Position Overview
The IT Operations Analyst ServiceNow & Azure Administration role is key in optimizing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise IT services. The role leverages ServiceNow administration, Azure and Microsoft 365 management, and ITIL aligned process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily IT operational performance and identify trends.
- Support IT governance, compliance, and change management activities.
- Administer and enhance ServiceNow through configuration of workflows, forms, notifications, and SLAs.
- Manage user access and security in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Oversee Azure administration including identity management and resource access.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and drive automation.
- Handle ticketing and incident management via ServiceNow and Jira.
- Develop documentation and process maps for operational consistency.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across Microsoft 365 applications.
- Lead small-scale technology and process improvement projects.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and analytics to guide leadership decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Azure Administration and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow including scripting with JavaScript.
- Experience with API integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, or email.
- Ability to design scalable and automated workflows while balancing customization.
- Strong technical acumen aligned with business needs and IT governance.
