About the Marketing Advisor Role at Compass

At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. As a Marketing Advisor, you will work on shaping agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. You will provide vital project management and strategic support while collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective offerings that enhance the agent experience on a big-picture scale.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage market statistics to create standout listing presentations and luxury marketing materials.
  • Manage the advertising calendar and budget, coordinate with vendors, and track efforts on the Compass platform.
  • Consult regularly with agents regarding listing strategy and creative marketing ideas.
  • Create weekly brand emails and engaging social media content to boost visibility.
  • Edit and proofread marketing collateral to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support sponsorship initiatives by designing high-quality marketing assets aligned with Compass branding.
  • Compile marketing reports with actionable insights and assist leadership in creating presentations.
  • Utilize InDesign for templated creative work including print ads and brochures.

What We Are Looking For

2–5 years of marketing experience is required, with real estate industry exposure preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is a must. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with strong project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation & Perks

Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $68,000 annually, with additional bonuses, restricted stock units, and a full suite of benefits including paid leave, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and various other perks. This role is 100% in-office with a schedule spanning three Rhode Island locations: Narragansett (1 day), Providence (1 day), and Newport (3 days).
