Job Summary

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide essential Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting. You will collaborate with a team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

What You’ll Do:

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to support patient recovery and health.
• Education: Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for sustainable wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Implement the latest research, diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols for high-quality, consistent care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to meet patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Educate and train staff and dietetic interns to support their growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care on-site experience required.
