Job Summary
The Workplace Support Service Associate will serve as the point of contact and will provide support the unit with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas.
- Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
- Cover Sick Calls
- Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards; may also involve occasional heavy lifting.
- Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users.
- Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and manage any service or repairs.
- Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors.
- Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders.
- Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards.
- Sort mail and update folders with staff changes.
- Order stationery and maintain printer supplies.
- Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration required.
- Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
