Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for ensuring every customer receives a great shopping experience. You will provide in-depth product knowledge and detailed descriptions of product features and benefits.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain store aesthetics, clean, stock, and organize merchandise.
- Stay up-to-date with brand and product information.
- Propose new ideas and take calculated risks.
- Promote company wellness, safety, and diversity initiatives.
- Earn commission on a tiered system in addition to base pay.
- Participate in training with initial shifts focused on learning.
- Represent Cycle Gear at special events.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
- Self-starter mentality and outstanding retail service skills.
- Open-minded and eager to learn about the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro preferred).
- Motorcycle riding experience or interest is a bonus.
