Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for ensuring every customer receives a great shopping experience. You will provide in-depth product knowledge and detailed descriptions of product features and benefits.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain store aesthetics, clean, stock, and organize merchandise.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand and product information.
  • Propose new ideas and take calculated risks.
  • Promote company wellness, safety, and diversity initiatives.
  • Earn commission on a tiered system in addition to base pay.
  • Participate in training with initial shifts focused on learning.
  • Represent Cycle Gear at special events.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-starter mentality and outstanding retail service skills.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn about the riding community.
  • Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro preferred).
  • Motorcycle riding experience or interest is a bonus.
