Global Director, GSIs – Accenture Role Overview
As the Global Director, GSIs – Accenture, you will lead the build and scale of Commvault’s global strategic partnership with Accenture, driving joint go-to-market execution, managed services practice development, and services-led solution innovation. This role requires a senior, results-oriented leader who can establish credibility within a large consulting organization and translate strategic alignment into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
This position reports directly to the AVP of Global Alliances and GSIs and offers executive-level visibility. You will own the global Accenture relationship, including joint growth strategy, executive alignment, investment planning, and operational execution—while leveraging Commvault’s strategic alliances and cloud partners to build strong, ecosystem-driven GTM motions that accelerate scale and customer impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the global Accenture partnership across consulting, technology, managed services, and delivery organizations
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Accenture alliance leaders, cyber resilience, data protection, and AI practice leaders, industry executives, and regional GTM teams
- Develop and execute a global joint business plan, including revenue targets, solution priorities, managed services strategy, and investment planning
- Build and scale a joint managed services practice with Accenture, including service offerings, delivery models, and repeatable GTM motions
- Drive services-led co-sell motions by identifying priority accounts, aligning joint pursuit teams, and ensuring disciplined execution
- Partner with Accenture to co-develop joint offerings addressing cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, and AI-driven transformation, including recurring and outcome-based services
- Leverage strategic alliances and cloud partners to create ecosystem GTM motions and integrated solutions
- Enable Accenture sellers and delivery teams through sales plays, enablement programs, and field-ready GTM assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commvault sales, product, marketing, services, and alliance teams to scale joint solutions globally
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews to track performance, surface risks, and adjust strategy
- Identify new routes to market and expansion opportunities across Accenture practices, industries, geographies, and managed services offerings
Who You Are
- Proven experience leading a global GSI partnership—ideally with Accenture—with measurable revenue and services impact
- Deep understanding of Accenture’s operating model, consulting-led sales motion, managed services delivery, and services economics
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable, field-executable programs and repeatable service offerings
- Data-driven leader with experience in pipeline management, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building structure and scale
- Willingness to travel globally as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
