Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities
- Support IDD clients in meeting Service Plan goals
- Participate in community integration and social engagements
- Provide companionship and engaging activities
- Accompany clients to appointments
- Engage in team meetings and share client progress
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Collaborate with clients, families, and professionals with empathy
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Successful completion of background checks
- Availability for alternate weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
