Role Overview

The Performance Affiliate Growth Manager is responsible for building a creator-led growth channel across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms. You will manage the complete affiliate funnel, from sourcing to activation, with the clear goal to generate $10k/month in net new MRR within 90 days while maintaining CAC and payback thresholds.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full performance of the creator affiliate channel.
• Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding creators.
• Activating creators with clear expectations and feedback.
• Driving outbound on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Revenue accountability and weekly performance iteration.

Success Metrics

In the first 30 days, establish active outbound, onboard creators and get early conversion signals. By 90 days, generate $10k+ in net new MRR and refine a repeatable activation playbook. In 6–12 months, scale the creator channel to own a significant percentage of company growth.

Candidate Profile

You think like a growth operator, are comfortable with outcome-based metrics, and move fast with a resourceful mindset. Prior experience with affiliates, creators, partnerships, or performance growth is a plus.

Compensation
