Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to department leaders and teams, handling complex tasks and confidential information with discretion. The role focuses on managing departmental operations, coordinating multiple schedules, and supporting project activities by preparing detailed reports and facilitating communication between departments and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule high-priority meetings and events.
  • Prepare, edit, and review detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support departmental projects by tracking milestones and managing documentation.
  • Act as primary contact for internal and external inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized records and confidential information in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring documentation aligns with departmental goals.
  • Draft executive summaries and presentations with advanced data analysis.
  • Facilitate multi-departmental communication and act as a liaison.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role is required in a corporate or high-volume setting.
