Application Analyst - Enterprise Archival

Job Summary

Community Health Systems seeks an IT System Analyst to assist with the Trinisys archival application pertaining to intake, usability, enhancements, vendor relations, and support. The role ensures business partner and stakeholder expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for the Trinisys application.
• Understand current state, processes, and update application playbook.
• Manage vendor relations, define enhancements, and support upgrades.
• Perform testing, validations and troubleshooting application incidents.
• Enforce change management policies and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support service restorations, downtime recovery, and vendor governance.
• Track trends and maintain awareness of standard best practices.
• Educate peers and business partners on methodologies and process standardization.

Required Qualifications

• Customer focus and strong understanding of the Trinisys application.
• Experience with IT Service Management queues and documentation.
• Ability to define enhancement requests and work through the CHS pipeline.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Application product ownership and vendor management experience.
• Project management experience and/or certification.
• 2+ years in application portfolio/services management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline, or 4 years of relevant experience.
