The Communauté d'Agglomération Cannes Lérins is an intercommunal structure that manages various public services and development projects for the agglomeration of Cannes and its surrounding municipalities.

Missions Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the budget execution of the DGST by service or for specific projects using professional software (ASTRE, BO) and financial documents (PPI, AP/CP).
  • Gathering supplementary data from the relevant departments.
  • Controlling credit consumption in relation to the planning and execution of public contracts (amendments).
  • Drafting and managing project sheets, notes, minutes, and administrative documents for the service.
  • Contributing to the drafting and management of the Directorate's financial documents.
  • Advising financial stakeholders within the DGST.
  • Participating in financial and budgetary meetings.
  • Ensuring the archiving of financial data and studies in the relevant files.

Profile Sought

Skills
  • Strong aptitude/mastery of financial software (ASTRE, BO).
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of the functioning of public establishments and local authorities, and the rules of public procurement.
  • Knowledge of budgetary and accounting rules for public accounting.
  • Knowledge of public contracts.

  • Analytical and synthetic thinking.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Ability to report and alert.
  • Autonomy in work organization.
