Overview
The Commonwealth Bank FCC team is responsible for managing AML/CTF, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, and Anti-Tax Evasion risks. The Senior Analyst, Capability plays a key role in designing and developing blended training solutions that improve workforce effectiveness.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality blended learning solutions (eLearning, virtual, face-to-face).
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for engaging, performance-driven content.
- Implement evidence-based evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness.
- Manage training program administration including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.
- Produce timely reports and dashboards tracking participation and impact.
- Support capability initiatives through clear communications and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in blended training design, administration, and reporting is essential. Familiarity with digital design tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and video production tools is expected. Financial crime experience is desirable, along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications in instructional design or program measurement are a plus.
