Customer Success Representative at CommonCents Solutions

CommonCents Solutions, a part of Jonas Software, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative. This is a hybrid position, requiring the individual to report to the Atlanta office four days a week.

Common CENTS™ Solutions is a leading provider of Enterprise Hospitality Solutions tailored for the Healthcare, Senior Living, and Business Dining industries. Our corporate office is in Ridgeland, MS, with a satellite office in Marietta, GA. We develop software systems designed to enhance convenience, increase efficiency, and deliver savings in foodservice and meal plan operations. Our offerings include POS systems, cashless campus solutions, meal plan management, and patient dining software.

The Role of a Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be an integral part of the CCS Team within a high-growth organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals thriving in a fast-paced environment, particularly those with experience in the food service or nutrition fields. Beyond direct customer interaction, you will collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs. An intense passion and focus on customer success are crucial for excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email.
  • Effectively multi-task, set priorities within time constraints, and complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Learn and retain knowledge quickly to effectively troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Deliver courteous and professional messages, consistently providing an A+ customer experience.
  • Offer basic training to customers on installed products.
  • Manage call cases, which may require work outside normal business hours.
  • Participate in our after-hours support on-call program.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently exceeding established goals and objectives, demonstrating integrity, trust, perseverance, and a passion for getting the job done. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of POS Applications such as Micros/GEMpos is a plus.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • BS/BA in a related field (Business or Technical) is recommended but not required.
  • Microsoft SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred, with extensive use of Salesforce.com required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • An enthusiastic personality that fosters a positive work environment.
  • A team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

This position includes a competitive base salary, dependent on experience, and is bonus eligible. The company provides a computer, mobile phone expense reimbursement for on-call participation, and bi-monthly expense reimbursements. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
