- Translate operational challenges into scalable product and system solutions
- Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact improvements
- Manage and improve tools such as CRM (Close.io), scheduling systems, communication platforms, and internal workflows
- Design and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Create clear product requirements and work with developers or vendors to execute
- Monitor system performance, user behavior, and feedback to continuously improve outcomes
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, onboarding, coaching, and support teams
- Build and maintain product roadmaps tied directly to business KPIs
- Manage the development and improvement of internal and external digital products
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows and product lifecycle
- Experience working with developers, digital tools, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to gather requirements, write clear documentation, and manage priorities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with Close.io, Hubspot, or educational platforms
- Are familiar with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
- Have worked in startup, remote-first, high-ticket sales, or fast-paced environments
- Understand UX/UI principles and user behavior analysis
- Have experience with automations, APIs, or system integrations
